Shipping Policy
1: Once your order has been placed, Me & My Care will notify you by email and/or text message as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. We will email or text you again to confirm the dispatch of your order.
2: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Your order request will only be accepted once you have confirmed your order via email or mobile.
3: The dispatch of all product(s) ordered may or may not happen simultaneously. All products will be thoroughly inspected and packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
4: Our delivery partners will make every effort to deliver the package to you as quickly as possible. If they are unable to reach the provided address or deliver at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
5: We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process.
Me & My Care currently only ships within India. The delivery time is 5 days from the confirmation of your order.
6: In the event of any unforeseen delays, our customer management team will promptly inform you and provide regular updates. We aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience.
