Return/Refund
Me & My Care does not accept returns or issue refunds unless:
1. The product has been damaged during transit, has physical defects, or if an incorrect product has been shipped. In such cases, please email photos of the damaged or incorrect product to support@themeandmycare.com within the required timeframe for us to consider your request.
2. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, the seal has been broken, or the serial number has been tampered with. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and assess the claim.
3. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed refund will be credited within 7-10 days to the original mode of payment. In case the product is found ineligible for return, it will be couriered back to you.
4. For online payments, if your order qualifies for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving your request.
5. For COD orders eligible for a refund, the amount will be transferred to your bank account within 7 working days
